Dairy Cottage is an unusual property, being part of the original Fort Putnam which is a Listed folly. Of historical interest, the folly was built by the Duke of Norfolk as one of a number of unusual dwellings on the former Greystoke Estate. The two bedroom accommodation is well-equipped, and includes features such as exposed beams, full length picture windows in the lounge, and a south facing garden benefiting from fine views towards Saddleback and Blencathra. Greystoke village is a short drive away.
